Fall 2008 & Spring 2009 Grantees
At Citizens Committee for New York City, we believe that New Yorkers can make important changes happen on their streets and in their communities by working together. Furthermore, we believe that when provided with modest support, resident-led volunteer groups can effectively mobilize community resources to significantly improve their neighborhood quality of life.
This year, we are supporting 126 projects in all five boroughs of New York City with grants, project implementation assistance, skills-building workshops, and leadership training.
